First of all this is not a "how do I get the spectre weapons" thread

I have a level 55 char with 5+ million credits and I bought the Spectre Master Gear (X, not VII) line from both the c-sec req. officer and the normandy req. officer. That leaves me with two full sets of level X spectre master gear.
Now I am wondering if there is a way* to get more than two sets (i.e. do they "refill" at those merchants?) so that I can essentially equip my whole squad with them ;-)

You have to start a new playthtough using the same character. Your equipped gear will copied (one extra set of spectre gear assuming Shep is using it during the final battle) and both merchants will have a new set available.

IIRC they re-fill when you land on a hubworld (Citadel, Noveria, Feros), though I am not 100% sure about this.

But if you have Pinnacle Station and you beat all its missions, then you can get the Spectre weapons very easily (and quite cheap too).

Yep, while playing along I now found out that they do enter the "rotation" again, however I'm not sure what triggers it - anyway, it's a pretty slow process.
The best method is indeed to just spam the f**ck out of the 220,000 credit option in "Shepard's Apartment" and hope for the best  - however that's not exactly satisfying ;-)

The nearest I've been able to figure out is there is a world requirement, i.e hit one of the hubs of Feros, Noveria or the Citadel and some sort of time passage issue as well.
