Hey i have hust bought DA: ULTIMATE EDITION and i only have the original story line. no AWAKINING, or ANY add-on content. I have:
-GAME BOX
-GAME MANUL
-AD for DA2
Is there something i'm missing or i haven't noticed . . . HELP

From the XMB, under the game disc icon should be an additional content icon. Selecting that will open another menu which lists each DLC. Select the ones you want and it will install to the PS3 hard drive. When done, go back and select the game disc icon to start the game - the add-on content should now be available.

Gurrock is completely correct. To start new DLC such as Awakening, Witch hunt ect. Then once you're at the main menu hit "Start New Game" and you'll be able to pick from there.
DLC such as Warden's Keep and Return to Ostagar, you acess via in game Origins simply by going to the World Map.
