 Dragon age origins ultimate edition

Today i have recieved dragon age origins ultimate edition after installing it I looked at my downloadable content section with all my dlcs were enabled but unauthorized i found my pro redeem code and went to authorize it and got this message

(Unable to redeem code.  That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again.     

I just bought it as new from amazon how can this have been used already can someone please HELP FIX THIS!

I have the same problem, put the code in and says its already been redeemed. I grabbed the last copy from best buy and am wondering if someone stole the code somehow.

I have somewhat of the same problem same situation however my code is authentic and is supposedly going to be added to my account i have contacted EA about this and the only thing i could get was that the engineers are working hard to fix the issue as soon as possible. I was instructed to watch these forums for an update..... However my problems are all over once you use the code its gone when i try to get the DLC it tells me that It cant contact server, when I can contact server to download I get you are an unauthorized user plz register ur cd key with the bioware account, (I have already done this and redeemed the code ) nothing is showing up and i cant get the DLC because according to the servers i am an unauthorized user i also have problems with save games because of this.... I have reinstalled DAO Ultimate Edition and so far I have not had any problems with the unauthorized user but i can not access the DLC as the game says Cant Contact Server and I cant redeem my code anymore......

I have the same problem, just bought the game through steam, trying to activate the DLC and bam:

Unable to redeem code.
That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again.

Is this a steam issue or still some crap thats wrong with your servers?

You should not have to re-enter any codes.  The DLC you're entitled to should be listed on this page:
http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

If you don't see it there, contact support.ea.com.

If you DO see it there, then the updater service probably isn't running.  There's a whole lot of threads on this forum concerning DLC and Steam... so consult one of them.  To help, try the "solutions round-up" linked in my sig below.

Hmm maybe its a problem with the redeem code database or something 

Already posted a ticket to steam, lets see if they can help

having thesame issue, all my DLC are displayed as unauthorized even though I redeemed the code., i went to the user_entitlements.php and manually installed everything, then used the DAUpdater.exe. no dice. is this a BioWare problem?

As has been suggested in every one of the dozen or so threads on this topic on this page of the forum alone, check the solutions roundup thread for help resolving the issue. It is pinned to the top of the forum. There is also a pinned thread that begins "Read First" with posting guidelines and a DLC troubleshooting FAQ pinned to the top ofthe forum.

Someone told me once we needed neon lights, explosions, laser flashes, and a loud voice saying something in an Elizabethan English type of terminology, or still older, about the pinned threads, and maybe a couple of them might take their blindfolds off for a second.

I have the dvdroom, not steam, and I can't redeem the code. Any help?

Have you previously used the code, if so then go to your dlc page.. and see if it is there. If this is a new box you purchased then you would have to contact EA.com support and get help from them.


Also make sure you are entering the correct code when trying to unlock the dlc, because there are often multiple codes, as in one is a dlc unlocker, the other is liscense to the game, and sometimes they will even put another for other perks.

K I have the same problem even though i bought it new from amazon. Also, my game gets stuck when it's installing at exactly 22.3% so I can't finish installing the game to try and fix the dlc problem. Any solutions?
