Please help!!!

My son bought ME2 from CNA inside the disk folder A Serial Number codE but when promt to insert in the activation box it keep on displaying a INCORRECT CODE OR INVALID.

This is the second EA game with this problem!!!!!

CNA? whats that? cerberus network activation? if thats what you are talking about that code is not used to install the game the one to install the game is on the game manual back cover



that cerberus network activation code is used to get bonus content after install
