Hi I am having difficulty down loading Leliana's Song, I viewed the trailer, liked the idea of playing this part of the game, clicked to download the patch from that link then down loaded the expansion and the amour section (which has been enabled), but when I go to my down loadable content section on the game load screen, the cursor is just going round and round and although it says it is dwnloading it isn't, nothing is happening and the version number required (1.03) is in red on one screen but grey on the other...can anyone please tell me how to sort this out ...also one minute I have 80 points left the next I have -- in place of them...thanks in advance.

I had same problem last night.. eventually it finished downloading. Like 2 hours later but I didnt mind because I was watching TV while it was stuck swirling.

First it was swirling because I didnt have room on hardrive. Then after removing some stuff it got stuck because I didnt have enough room for it to unzip I think. Then when I made more room it was stuck on unauthorised. So I had to turn on the updater service, which was default set on manual. Then I changed all the authorisation 1's to 0's in the xml. Then I deleted my profile thingy and let the server remake one on my computer.

oh and my points were going up and down too as i'd log in and log out as well as version number was in red because it was fresh install so i was still on 1.0 until I updated to 1.4. The update to 1.4 is on tech forums too. good luck

I had the same problem. I had to download the client manually and install it. Can't remember where it was from, though. -- I think it was a link somewhere in the forum.

I have now downloaded patch version 1.04, and it still will not load, the cursor is still going round and round...what on earth do I have to do to get this thing to work...it is getting very frustrating as it has now been two days.

I have had an e mail telling me the purchase was successful, and I have had my points altered accordingly so why no storyline to play. there is nothing in "other campaigns" it remains unhighlighted and there is nothing new in "new game"

Finally after much faffing about got the thing to download, had to download patch 1.03 and 1.04 then download this dazip file because it had not downloaded properly before that the fianl one was about 548 mg or something like that....was it worth it......nope!
