Hello

My computer meets the minimum requirement to play Mass Effect 2. I have MassEffect2.exe v1.00. I have redeemable codes for this game. If I have the game open I get this message "Mass Effect 2 ... was detected as still running, please exit Mass Effect 2 ... before trying again". Okay so I have shut down the game and tried to download again, this time I get the following message "Mass Effect 2 does not appear to be installed. Please install the game and try again."
Same thing happens when I try to download the latest patch

Can anyone help please

The last error should be fixable. Read through http://social.biowar.../index/834445/1 and follow the advice there.
