hello, i have problem with my ultimate edition. I have played original dragon age version and that worked fine. But now my ultimate edition, game runs quite slow. Battles are stuttering, low framerates. dont know whats wrong. other games are working fine

but can i play witch hunt when i dont have 1.01 patch installed?

Should i install all DLCs and Awakening too when iam only playing origins before and later other addons?

Same problem - ultimate edition has major slowdowns (stuttering, low framerate). Seems to be worse on the DLC. I tried clearing my cache & deleting the game data utility & reinstalling. Same issue. Also saving seems to take a really long time - approx. 12-15 seconds before it finally disappears.



How does one "not patch" as Gurrock recommended. My understanding is that the Ultimate Edition already comes with the latest patch.



Any input would be greatly appreciated.

dont connect with internet when you install and play dragon age ultimate and you have version 1.00, otherwise it prompts that you need to install 1.01 patch what makes game very unplayable

My sister can't seem to connect to the internet with her PS3 (at best a 35% signal strength at this point *sigh*). Anyway her game is slow and takes a bit for the save thing to fade. Just deal with it, it's what she does and the game is good enough that she doesn't care. Not patching just makes Witch Hunt unplayable. It won't solve any problems and as patch 1.01 is exclusively covering issues with Witch Hunt (Ultimate Edition is already patched up to 1.04) there is no reason that it should have any affect whatsoever on gameplay. If you don't have Ultimate Edition perhaps not patching would help a little, I don't know. But for Ultimate Edition all the patches that affect framerate and whatnot are already in it.

-When importing from a post-game save, your conversation with Morrigan in the Witch Hunt module will properly reflect the choices you made in Dragon Age Origin's "Dark Ritual" plot.
-The game will automatically save after Witch Hunt's final cutscene.

someone have problems with Golems of Amgarrak in Ultimate Version? mainly with change switches?

And yes, sometimes I have slowdown in battles.
