You mean the statue and the slaves? Probably from when they succeeded from Tevinter, they were pretty late.

Dwarves who have been completely consumed by the fish cowl. Or smurfs.

No. He isn't.

Unless Fex is just another name for dwarf. I'm guessing that the blueness comes from an effect in the shot.

Yeah, I think she's an NPC, not a party member, judging from the clip we saw of her in RtP. But who knows?

Also, you see those weeping...things all over Kirkwall in that trailer too.

That could be true, yes. We're having lots of female important characters: Cassandra, Bethany, Isabela, Summoner-Woman, etc. It's a nice change :3 (then again, we had Anora, but... well).
