they are too different imo
The first has better ac 1/4 to get a vorpal hit and dispel on hit which is imba but lot less hp
The resistence are practically the same imo and trading off certain resistence for other like cold for acid doesnt change anything really.
the second has less AC but more hp and a better physical resistance which make him better to tank some dmg than his counterpart lategame
spellwise you can see that hte first has mixed spell from buffing healing to dmg spell while the second has mostly offensive spells.
Personally id say the first just because of the higher chance of vorpal hit and he has Heal lol

Just to be sure you can compare things with correct stats:
* SR's Fallen Planetar doesn't have AC -3 but -7 and vanilla's one has -8 (you forgot to add DEX bonus) thus the difference is much smaller than you are thinking
* vanilla's planetar is permanently hasted, thus it has +1 attack per round compared to SR's one
