Hey guys im stuck at the quest "A Paragon Of her Kind" like it wont let me fast travel to the crossroads. im like stuck in the city and ive been everywhere looking for a way to travel but i just cant. When i open up my "Deep Roads Map" every traveling icon is grey and it says "Cant Travel At this Time" 
is this a bug?

Are you leaving Orzammar by going into the mines?

The mines can be reached by going right after leaving the diamond quarter.
