I downloaded it, tried downloading it again, cleared my cache,  but it doesn't show up in game at all.  Its there saved on my hard drive so i don't know whats going on

Pinnacle Station is a Mass Effect 1 DLC. If you're attempting to play it on Mass Effect 2, nothing will happen.
