[Captain Iglo]

Stoping it at the right moment it looks like a destroyed city...but its not looking very space sci fi like...more like a post apocalypse game.

Maybe its some kind of Zombie RPG? Zombies is a trend at the moment...would not wonder if they jump that train waggon.

not really, DA2 was announced roughly 3/4 of a year after origin's release.

ME3's development probably already started at the time of ME2's launch or even earlier.

That's my line of thinking as well;) However, they could relate it to ME if they wanted, e.g. this is a planet ("normal" or artificial) after e.g. the reapers totally destroyed it at some point in the distant past (which would also be a futuristic setting!) or in the future. It may not be the reapers but some super evolved geth or a race we don't even know about.

 I don't think this is ME3 and probably it's a totally new franchise, just pointing out that they can make a post-apocalyptic setting within ME universe, should they choose to do so.

 My guess is a new IP which stands somewhere between ME & Fallout in terms of setting & style.

Though i doubt it since it doesnt have ME signature color scheme.  Though i guess that can be explained away by saying that the human race hasnt advanced to those awesome colors yet.

Whats the point of stating "the Creators of Mass Effect and Dragon Age gonna show their next big game" if its not a new franchise...it obviously is a new franchsie.



I hope they try something in the direction where Hellgate:London failed....if someone can pull it off its Bioware.

I don't enjoy post-apocalyptic as well, which is one of the reasons I have postponed playing NV indefinitely. However, it is one of major settings and at some point Bioware is likely to try it out.

Mm, not exactly. They're always equipped right to the armor, and the weapons stick to their back. This one has a seperate sling for it. If this occurs in the ME universe, it's in the past, I suppose. But that's unlikely, since the only interesting thing is the First Contact War, and that lasted for, like, four seconds and we all know how it ended.
