Oh, great. Another space-marine-esque shooter that looks, in regards to the tone and everything else, like another UE3 game set in a devastated world, and which aims to be "dark" and "gritty", and to top it off, it even uses a barely modified ME2 Incisor rifle!
BioWare are getting passé.

It's posted by BioWare themselves. I think they can do what they like on their own website whether you like it or not.

And is your tone really needed? 2nd time you quoted me with a deriding comment, under the rules of the forum, all topic in said forum must be related to the forums subject matter, but i drop cause yes they can do what they want, but if others do same, its a big nono!

It's called double-standards. They're rife in the world, and no amount of making "OMG BioWare u braek ur own rools!" posts will stop them happening. BioWare are teasing one of their products, and that's it. They advertised the DA:O Ultimate Edition in the ME Announcements sub-forum, too, so it's nothing new.

Hey, you're the one who told BioWare how to behave on their own forums, not I.

I don't single people out. It just so happens we've crossed paths a handful of times recently. Anyway, for one so anal about the rules, why are you continuing this off-topic discussion with me?

I just happen to have an optical reader on my PC (at work), so the two 2D barcodes read:

001101010011010100101110001110000011010000110101
and
0010110100110001001100100011100000101110001101011011000001000110

Which, using the binary translator means:

55.845
and
-128.5°F

What that means exactly, I have no idea. :)

Someone figured it out:

http://forums.pesfan...d.php?p=9369607

To be precise:

2. Two binary codes were posted on facebook, twitter and the BW forums
today as well. When decoded you will find they are 55.845 and 128.5.
Now 55.845 is the relative atomic MASS of iron is 55.845 amu.
-128.5°F is the lowest temperature ever recorded on Earth at Vostok in
Antarctica. Now, in physics, when a scientific phenomenon is observed
(like a lowest temperature, or just a temperature in general) it is
called an EFFECT.

3. Also using the information from the code above - and the index pages
from Mass Effect 2 - you will learn that there is a planet which has an
iron oxide surface and climate is -89C (or -128.5F).

I wonder what this means... Mass Effect 3? Or some new games set in the Mass Effect universe? Pancakes?

Then again, looks like the mass effect forums have a similar thread... and odds are what I wrote was already discovered in that thread already. So never mind. :)

It's pretty funny how this thread isn't even a page deep on the DA:O forum, but 43 pages deep on the ME Forum.
