Seemed some are still arguing it being ME related, though.  Note that VIP3r now updated his location to "Palaven", Turian homeworld.  No activity for months until today now this?  Hm.

And, assuming VIP3R has to do with this whole thing, 314 is referring to the First Contact War (known as the Relay 314 incident to Turians).

If not, VIP3R just suddenly came back to mess with us.

Unless it's a flashback or something, I doubt it. It doesn't fit the theme. Look at the environment, the textures, it doesn't fit.
