why everyone is saying that's multiplayer? I mean... C'MON!!! It's just a rumor, even more, like if Kotaku's always right...

Has anyone posted the new code thing found on the Bioware facebook page yet?

It goes here. The British SIS? Weird. Could be a further hint it's 'real world' or it could just mean that it's pointing at a Mass Effect secret service style thing?

The new project is possibly Alpha Protocol or a new IP(i just hope that it is ME game even though it's highly unlikely)! The third code redirects to this site:http://www.sis.gov.uk/output/sis-home-welcome.html
Huh...I don't know what to feel about this !

That would be awesome. I've always wanted to see more of the Spectres, if they made a game that included a number of them I would be the first in line!

Yeah I totally agree!
A Spectres orientated game would be awsome! basicley  alpha protocol + Mass Effect.
But If this is a Mass Effect spin off Online FPS it would be pretty cool if you were Spectres vs. Geth or visa versa.
But I really want this to be ME3! Posted Image

My two cents?

I think ME3.

But I do find that rather early, to be honest. So my second guess is DLC.

My last guess is another game, which i couldn't care for.

Mass Effect: Cold War Secrets

Though what about aequitas?  It's temperature is -128.5F and it's color is Iron rust.

I never really knew us Brits got involved much in the Cold War, seems a bit of an odd idea. Especially since in the trailer the guns and armour looked too futuristic. And it can't be Mass Effect if it mentions SIS.

Its weird though, all of the clues DO have links to the cold war:

Iron--iron curtain

Coldest temperature--cold war

SIS a.k.a. MI6--british equivalent of the cia and kgb

but the trailer looks too futuristic

London Eye anyone? It's near the SIS headquarters in London, on the South Bank of the river Thames.

Yeah but don't forget this is JUST A CLUE it dosent mean this is what the game is about. Personaly I think this clue is a reference to the Spectres. There is loads of evidence to suggest it is Mass Effect.

That'd be cool. Do we know anything about England's history from present day to Mass Effect time?

I'm not sure we should instantly assume -128.5F refers to Aequitas.

First of all, Aequitas is -89C which translates to -128.2F. Lowest temperature measured on earth at Vostok however is exactly -128.5F. Furthermore I recon they wouldn't want you to instantly know it's Mass Effect related by searching that temperature and arive at Aequitas. I'd also like to point out this latest barcode refers to SIS, which is in trend with the other hints of iron and temperature not being directly related to Mass Effect but only slightly giving you an indication that it might be. So we need to combine the hints instead of using one and go: it's close enough to Aequitas temperature, so it must be Mass Effect related... :pinched:

im personally still not sure. the very first screenshot we got--something stood out that screamed "NOT MASS EFFECT". the "incisor" that the guy is holding has what appears to be a charging handle, which would be unecessary on mass effect guns. mass effect guns clearly do NOT use modern cartridge-and-gunpowder ammo, there is no magazine (aside from thermal clips). so why the charging handle? i think i'm overthinking it, but still...

^ This, seems logical, but then that would clash about this taking place before the ME trilogy, possibly during though?

I hope they asked the SIS to put their URL in the image as otherwise there's going to a load of intelligence officers at GCHQ running round trying to work out why hundreds of gamers are descending on their site...

Dont know if I would call a tweet by someone from sony russia confirmation. It could be but it could be they are guessing. Or lying. But either way this could just be another thing they will show at the VGAs. They did say they would be more things than just the video from the other day. So this might have nothing to do with any of the teases they have put out so far. But we will have to wait and see.
