I have half a mind to do that myself, if only for Bioware's announcement and the hosting chops of Neil Patrick Harris.
But I'd have to see were one can watch the Awards in Germany. Probably only on the Interwebs.

At least we can now agree that it is ME related. Unless BioWare is doing some CHEAP, BLATANT RECYCLING of their ME weapons. That IS an INCISOR or some variation of it. Those are the crosshairs from ME rifles, no doubt about it.

And its not a DLC. Stop saying that, for them to put so much hype around this and saying its a NEW GAME, I really really doubt its just a DLC.

My vote is for ME 2.5 same as DA:A

It's a new ME game announcement (probably 3) *AND* a ME2 DLC announcement. They want to roll them up in one to increase the hype and to get people who didn't realize there was so much DLC for ME2 to get excited and go out and buy it. Also, the new ME2 DLC might have had some hints as to the beginning of ME3 that they didn't want to spoil until the first trailer.

i definitely think when he says "maybe its a familiar place, maybe it reminds you a bit of......." and then it cuts to some images and his audio cuts, and cuts back in a moment later. i definitely think thats some kind of clue.

or
2) "maybe it reminds you a bit of MASS EFFECT"

besides, Bioware could probably give tetris a story. They can do
anything...story wise. Remember the famous rule in gaming. Grass is
green, the sky is blue, and Bioware games have better stories than other
games.

And it can't be ME3. It would not be so gritty especially since ME3 is mentioned to be light-hearted compared to ME2.

I really hope this is a false rumor. I don't want MP anywhere near ME3.

Actually, I really don't mind the inclusion of multiplayer. I only will care if they **** up the single player campaign!

As long as it does not take too much development resources and/or memory budget, I think multiplayer could be tastefully added to ME3. Look at Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood – a strong single player game (with a PLOT) that has an awesome multiplayer as well. Multiplayer doesn't necessarily have to take anything away from the single player portion of the game.
