"Connection problems to Journeys can be caused by certain computer and network settings. Most people shouldn't have a problem, but if you're at work or have a restrictive firewall, you'll need to open TCP port 843, and TCP ports 10130-10145 in order to talk to EA servers. Also make sure you are not running any other programs that might be blocking ip addresses. If you can't connect, you'll still be able to play -- you just won't be able to use the save slots or activate any of the Dragon Age: Origins unlocks."
