Anybody else notice this problem?

Here's the problem: My character is currently a rogue and I also have Leliana as a rogue too. When I switch Leliana's weapon slots from 2 (Bow and Arrow) to slot 1 (melee weapons), they will automatically switch back to weapon slot 2. Incredibly annoying as it does it over and over again!  It can also happen with my main character as well.

it happens with mine also, so you are not alone. it is bothersome.

I think you have to set your Tatics to Archer and it should leave the bow Equipped.

^Yes -- archer and 'ranged' for behaviour. That will fix it.



What I can't seem to fix is when you're an arcane warrior and you want to keep Spellweaver as your main weapon; everytime you switch to control another character for a moment it will always change you back to your staff weapon, regardless of what slot it's in. Incredibly annoying.

You don't need Ranged Behavior.

With Your arcane warrior Either Custom tactics? Or just un equip the staff?

I figured it out, the "Ranged" behavior for tactics causes you to automatically switch to your ranged weapons.
