if Im correct Toolset = Mod/Addons?

IDEA

Mod what works like Garrys mod you could pick some random map and add some creatures and friendly NPCs on it + some enviorment

this would be cool+ if it were already done so much that everyone can use it you don´t need to create new content because some of us ( at least me) don´t have any idea how to use and those videos what tell what to do are boring

if you don´t know what GM is     http://www.garrysmod.com/news/     there you see some of it

so basically my idea is
- Create and play your own adventures easy and simple you don´t need to be IT-worker to make it
- Build massive wars/ little missions
- easy download and simple to use

and some Modders could/can make their own NPCs and you could download them to your map and you could share your maps to them

Finally I don´t know it this possible but what I have to lose?

Like or not..... say it

p.s I know my text is BOLD I notice it now but Im too lazy change it back =P

The reason why Garry's Mod works- truthfully- is because of the physics engine in Half Life. Also the intense allowance for major inner working's changes in the Source Engine.

Lastly, the first person highly scriptable environment. This is not to say that it could not 'conceivably' be made using the Dragon Age engine, but it is very unlikely.

I doubt that the core engine mechanics are easily modifiable enough to really work. The good news is that you, in all likelihood, can import the models from Dragon Age to Gary's Mod and create some fun zombie killing times in the source engine if you really want.

Really, it is a fine idea: but I wouldn't hold your breath.

The good thing is the combat engine in this game is very editable.

So we may not be able to have the physics element of Garry's Mod - but we may be able to have the "Spawn many enemies and watch them fight stuff" element of it.

( eg a spell that spawns darkspawn where you pick )

"random maps" as such are not easy, but you can presumably approach that by creating a large number of small areas, and randomize the exits between them, as well as randomly spawn in creatures to fight.

In fact, it should be possible to create an "endless dungeon" mod this way - with the creatures getting stronger and stronger (and the treasure better and better) as time passes.

You can do this in the cutscene editor. Then record it if you want.

So Essentially what the OP is asking for is a dumbed-down version of the editor that he won't need to spend any time learning how to use (Because tutorials are boring), and can just throw stuff into and goof around uselessly in.

Based on the points presented in your post, remind us why you didn't just buy the console edition? When I was your age I would have drooled at the possibilities offered by this toolset.<_<

Well, there are always two extremes: Easy to use generic editors and hardcore toolsets for pros. Both have their strengths and weaknesses.

A generic editor has limitations and often makes use of a limited number of models and variations. So the price for your easy usablility is a lack of variety. The old aurora toolset of NWN1 was easy to use but those areas all looked alike. It was hard to create unique areas.

A powerful toolset with freedom to create unique models/areas and animations makes use of professional tools - tools who require a lot of knowledge and technical know-how. You will need many hours and tutorials to master it.

In my opinion the golden path lies in between those extremes. For what I've seen of the toolset so far it is both - powerful and in some parts easy to use. But there are also parts that require much knowledge and skill - so reading tutorials will be absolutely necessary to master it in all parts.

All of what u wrote is possible, to some degree.  And apparently is possible by some1 with little to no experience.  When the game releases, experiment a little.  You will be suprised by what you can accomplish.
