Qunari have bronze skin and big human like feet last I checked...
And really, we already know that many qunari have horns while a special few have no horns. Guess what? An even specialer few have hooves.
Why aren't there female Qunari Mages?

Puny humans need somethings going for them. Seems like it's magic, together with sheer numbers.
Though Tevinter seems to have the best mages anyway - it's where Wynne goes with Shale to try to redwarf her, for example.
You forgot that humans have The Crazy.
I wouldn't say necessarily "best" mages--more like "most learned" mages with the best access to cool mage toys. It's like the Tevinter Circle is MIT and the Ferelden Circle is Podunksville Community College.

A mage experimented a long time ago and fused many humans and drakes to use for an army.
He conquered the land and on his death bed he gave the qunari secret instructions.
THousands of years pass and the qunari evolved to look like they do now.

I do wonder whether Koslun is a name or a title.
Considering it is for one person, what is the difference? Then they are effectively the same.

We don't know it's just for one person. Ashkaari Koslun may have been one historical dude, or it may mean something like "senior Ashkaari". Whiiiich may mean that the Qun gets updated over time. Which would be really interesting.

Mary said it was the guy who wrote the Qun.

Then how did the first priests become priests I wonder...
They were disciples of Koslun, the guy who wrote the Qun.
Edit: But I assume he selected his disciples by Rock Paper Scissors tournament.
Will we have to wait now?

No. Bas, which means "thing" in their language, when the Qunari use it in reference to a person always means "unenlightened" not "object." Just like "kadan" does not mean "chest cavity" when used in reference to an acquaintance.

Maybe the devs need to be less judgmental and learn to love their blue-skinned, tailed, horned and hooved creations for their bizarrely designed selves.

And if they DO use magic, do they allow it for fighting purposes and allow the Female Qunari to fight with their talents (If they can be mages)?
A female qunari who is a mage is no longer female. She is saarebas-- a "dangerous thing", not even a person really. So, yes, female qunari do fight with their magic, but they're considered part of the arvaarad the same way a sword would be part of the warrior.

Aw Tuvok. I miss that guy. And his bromance with Neelix.
Neelix was such a criminally mis-used character. He was actually kind of interesting at the start of the series, when he managed to successfully con Janeway into helping him rescue Kes. But then they turned him into a friggin' cook and a glorified nanny. Even making him a security officer and playing him off of Tuvok failed to make him interesting.
