Some clever ideas here, but remember that the ME creators know their precedents.



So I'd like: A New Hope ending.

I'd like maybe 3 or 4 possible endings depending on your choices throughout the series... one has to result in sacrifice obviously!

I'm thinking:

- Awesome happy hero ending, Shep lives

- Happy with a few casualties ending, Shep lives

- Sad with many casualties, Shep lives

- Critical mission failure - Everyone dies

As depressing as it sounds, I kind of like the idea of Shepard dying. I can see my canon probably wanting to settle down but I can't see her getting older. I like the idea of looking up at a camera with a sad smile and casual salute, as she gets consumed by an awesome universe-saving explosion.

Can't see that exactly happening, but if she was to go out I'd want it epic and have no way for Cerberus to hash her back together.

Well, I say NO thank you to the idea of Shepard dying. The whole hero sacrifice thing has been done countless times. For once, I am all for a happy ending (which would be the best ending among several possible endings) where Shepard not only lives, but gets the girl.

Mine an ending where Shepard is at Citadel and greeted by the Council and is offered 3 choices of anything you want. It can be either stay in Alliance, work with Spectres and choose the 2nd one, settle down with LI, give the Quairans their embassy and help find new homeworld, bring good back to geth name, cure genophage, let rachni be free with the people of the galaxy and more.

It wil be very open and everybody will create guides such as



-only humans left

-no humans left

-quarians major power in galaxy

etc.

Super-boring happy ending; Shepard and team kill all the Reapers, and then retires a few years later to settle with his/her LI.

Any good end will do. And by good end I mean the Reapers losing and (preferably) my Shepard surviving.



Any good end will do so long as M4 Part II plays at the credits again. Seriously.
