after reapers are defeated and all the "good times to come" stuff is over with:
wrex standing on top of a mountain (it's full-moon and volcanos are exploding in the background - just to add awesomeness:devil:), wielding a 300claymore shotgun in each hand, randomly shooting in the air and screaming an ancient urdnot/krogan warcry that sends fear into the hearts of the puny humans, salarians and asari, making them run away screaming into the camera:P and with that we roll to the credits......
aaahh, a man can dream right??:crying:

My perfect Renegade ending would be all of the Reapers exploding, and then Lil' Wayne's "Drop the World" plays during the credits as we see a montage of all of Shepard's best renegade moments throughout the series.

Paragon:

Council still refuses to help. So to force them I ask my allies to launch a combine species fleet blockade of every major colony of council species.

After the war I am redeemed and the council is sent to work camps.

renegade:

To force the council to do what is needed I launch a combined species fleet attacking every council specie capital and major military planets. but since I need them intact I send rachni and krogan waves to destroy all opposition without harming the infrastructure.

Upload Geth to all space stations within council space.

PS the council perishes in the citadel. For new council members I appoint Mordin as Salarian council member

Justicar Samara as the Asari council member.

For Turian.... Garrus of course

The guard of the council duties will be transfered from c-sec to ....dont know if the geth or the krogan.

oh and of course for the human council member... TIM, if you had not notice every council member would eat babies without hesitation so human council member cant fall behind.

I'm not sure if I have a dream ending. I just want them to allow your decisions to affect the outcome like they did in ME2. If they could even expand on this area of the game ME3 would be even more fantastic. It is possible that everyone here could end up with their "dream" ending based on how they play ME3.

EDIT:  Scratch what I said before, I want this ending

Shepard faces off against the lead reaper.

LR: "Foolish creature. What makes you think you can stop us? We are perfection! We are your Doom. We are the..-."

The lead repear suddenly stops, as Shepard isn't even listening to him. He narrows his eyes and gives the reaper a steely gaze of doom. The confused reaper is scared s***less for the first time in millenia. He finally recongnizes that epic gaze and screams in horror:

LR: "No. That cannot be!! you cannot be-..."

Shepard removed his mask, revealing his true identity...and he then proceeded to super-kick the leader reaper into oblivion:

After finishing the game, Shepard stares off into space.

The screen fades to black and the caption " To be continued" pops up, followed by the logo for Mass Effect 4.

A few ideas:

Paragon Ending

During the final mission/battle/whatever after some squadmates die, you should be given a choice to sacrifice yourself to save the rest of your team. If you go down this path the sqaudmates try to stop you, but you ignore them. Cue heroic music and massive explosion saving the galaxy. Final scene is a memorial to Shepard followed by an epilogue where you see what happened to the rest of your team and the galaxy (i.e. Did the Quarians find a planet, were the Rachni accepted back into galactic society, did Wrex unite the Krogan, etc.)

Renegade Ending
You fight your way through the final battle, losing members of your squad along the way. At the point where a Paragon Shepard can chose to sacrifice himself, a Renegade Shepard can chose to lead a glorious charge towards the final objective. This ending would mean that several more sqaudmates would die, including Shepard's LI who would die in Shepard's arms. After the Reapers are defeated and a memorial service is held for the dead, Shepard retires from the military and the Spectres, living in relative comfort, but always haunted by that last decision.

Fail Ending
You don't defeat the Reapers. You fought your way to the final boss, but because of the way you played in all three games, you missed something important/didn't make enough allies/didn't get a tech advantage/etc. Shepard stands on the bridge of the Normandy as he watches the Reapers begin to exterminate humanity with the screen slowly fading to black with screams heard over the radio. Next scene is 50,000 years later as an alien picks up a broken Omni-Tool. As he examines it, it begins to play a message. "Hello, my name is Commander Shepard of the Systems Alliance Navy. If you a listening to this, you need to be warned..."

I actually kind of like this ending to be honest! Especially if Sheperd at the final fight realises how to end the circle of destruction and forwards this knowledge to the next intelligent species to rise in the universe.

My own "perfect ending" would be some new plot twist something that we could never realise but as soon as we hear it we would all go:

"Hey, wait? ... what?.... ****... omfg, that's so ****ing awesome! All this time, man, that's like mind blowing! Sheperd was just!!?? And all this time!? Haha, damn that is so cool :o:O!"

You know plot twist á la Isaac Asimov!

my dream ending for renagade is this-
shepard has most of his team escort a asortment of nukes then humiliates turian senetor on intergalatic tv then has little ninja babys with kasumi.

paragon baicly escorts with them and both his legs get hit by the nuke blast then gets legion has his geth make synthetic legs for shepard and then setles down as a cop on illium with liara with a blue child that they train incase the reapers or a greater threat comes.

Shepard: So, it's finally over. Your fleet is in ruins.

Mine would have to be this

Shepard facing off against the harbingers last incarnation in a ship, one on one
"Look around you Shepard, and see the fate of all creation,"
Shepard desperately looks out the windows and sees all the fleets of all the races being destroyed by the reaper gunships. As the Harbinger keeps talking, there are flashback like cutscenes showing all the important characters and teammates dying, one by one, heroically.

As the Harbinger points his gun at Shepard, he has flashbacks of all his significant Paragon and Renegade decisions, whichever one is higher.

The Reaper Gunships finish obliterating the races, and Shepard is looking into the abyss of the gun pointed at him.

He leaps at Harbinger, and Harbinger shoots him in the stomach but Shepard overpowers him and takes the gun.
Shepard points the gun at Harbinger
 Depending on Paragon or Renegade
"Bring them back you mother****er or I swear I'll hunt down every last one of you bastards and I'll kill you so slow that you'll want Reapers to kill you too,"
"Bring them back, please, just take me,"

 Harbinger
 Renegade
For the first time, Harbinger has fear in his eyes.
Shepard shoots Harbinger and kills him, but is too late and the Reapers have moved on and killed everyone, and when harbinger dies the Reapers and their allies all die, and Shepard survives, but he realizes he is the only one left in the entire universe.

 "It is finished Shepard."
Shepard kills Harbinger and the universes inhabitants survive, but he dies.

Lets see, something like this.... in order to stop the reapers, all civilizations would have to accept the idea off leaving the citadel and the mass relays, because the ultimate weapon against the reapers resides in overloading them or something related to that.

This way, all civilizations would have to go back 2000 years or more, because, without mass relays, travel along systems would take a lot of time, and all the potencial yet to explore from the citadel would be lost.
The keapers could also have a role, becoming some source of dangerous cyborgs and trying to stop you from destroying everything (+\\- 20 super keapers to fight would be interesting ;))

at this point, the decision off destroying or not the collectors base could have a huge implication, because it would give humanity, throw cerberus an huge advance, letting them on the edge off galatic development comparing to the other factions.

In my opinion, there would be also other interesting point: the illusive man himself. Imagine that his from another civilization (an extremely old one), which the history is quite similar to the quarians, but in an much bigger scale. They created the reapers and were demolished by them. That he his the last survivor, which final mission is to take them out. And although he is not 100% sure, the main idea off how to destroy the reapers comes from him, and he only wants the base to guarantee human dominance....in that way, destroying the base in me2 would't have greater implications, only in your relationship with the guy.

That way, it would be a kind off great ending, everyone might survive, but probably never see each other again, some important decisions related to the romances, like staying with liara that might live until 1000 years or having a final moment and never to see her again (intergalatic intercourse goes wrong ).[smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/tongue.png[/smilie]

The Normandy disengages FTL and zooms from the Mass Relay. Shepard takes the last moments to talk and organise with his crew / generals from allied fleets and the Normandy passes the planets in the Solar System. Shepard pulls a Paragon/Renegade/Neutral speech as the planets pass in order, and just as the Normandy slingshots around Mars, the surrounding reaper fleet emerges to view, an armada surrounding Earth. The Normandy reports the situation, and the Alliance/Cerberus fleet emerges from the Relay, dreadnoughts and cruisers in formation slingshoting towards Earth.

Paragon:
As the Alliance fleet reaches within cannon range, they volley revolvers of thanix cannons, deflecting off kinetic barriers and taking down the first of the Reapers. As all of the dreadnoughts enter the fray, supercarriers release frigates that bombard the Reapers from above that have had their Kinetic barriers torn. The Normandy manages to outmaneuver the first layers of reapers, just as the Destiny Ascension and the remainder of the Citadel Security fleet emerges from the Citadel space to local cluster, the Rachni Fleet from the opposing direction, and a union of the Geth and Quarian fleets from above. The Reapers are now engaged from all sides.

Renegade:
As the Alliance and Cerberus fleet reaches within cannon range, they volley revolvers of Collector styled cannons, tearing through kinetic barriers and taking down the first of the Reapers. As all of the dreadnoughts enter the fray, supercarriers release frigates that bombard the Reapers from above that have had their Kinetic barriers torn. The Normandy manages to outmaneuver the first layers of reapers, as the Remainder of the Alliance fleet disengage above the Reapers, the Krogan fleet, with numbers close to their numbers at the Rachni war, as well as the solitary Geth fleet emerge, and all enter the fray.

Paragade:
As the Cerberus fleet reaches within cannon range, they volley revolvers of Collector cannons, tearing off kinetic barriers and taking down the first of the Reapers. As all of the dreadnoughts enter the fray, supercarriers release frigates that bombard the Reapers from above that have had their Kinetic barriers torn. The Normandy manages to outmaneuver the first layers of reapers, just as the Destiny Ascension and the remainder of the Citadel Security fleet emerges from the Citadel space to local cluster, the Rachni Fleet from the opposing direction, and a union of the Geth and Quarian fleets from above and the Krogan fleet, with numbers close to their numbers at the Rachni war, all surrounding Earth.

Paragade seems like the Best choice. Funny that.

With the reapers defeated Shepherd witnesses the alliances he created start to disintegrate into warring factions. He turns his back to an arguing Council and orders the Normandy to plot a course for the Terminus. While the galaxy fights over the ashes he searches for a planet to call home. A change of pace from fighting for survival in the face of impossible odds.

Reapers defeated, the Earth and the galaxy are saved, humans are accepted as an equal race, the turian councilor is dead, Quarians live in peace with Geth, Krogan genophage cured (but are still under supervision), batarians and humans have a peace treaty, Cerberus destroyed, with Shepard marrying Tali!

Ending One: Shepard the Undying
With the Reapers finally vanquished and the Galaxy beginning its slow rebuilding process, Shepard returns to the Normandy. Echoing the opening scene in the first Mass Effect, a confident Commander Shepard strides from the Airlock to the CIC, passing by every surviving squad member from all 3 games. Shepard stops at the map and the camera pans to see his/her face. Joker's voice sounds over the speakers: "Your Orders Commander?" and with a smile at his/her finalized LI (if he/she has one) Shepard says: "Take us Out." Cut to Logo, roll credits.

Ending Two: Retirement/Happily Ever After
Having saved the Galaxy, Shepard and the Surviving Normandy Crew are given every honor the races of the Galaxy can give. Shepard speaks to his/her other crewmates to find what they intend to do now. Shepard then approaches his/her LI. They discuss future plans, including where they will retire to (Shepard's choice of course). They then leave together, hand in hand, to meet the future together.

Ending Three: The Final Sacrifice
The Reapers are destroyed, but at a terrible cost. Shepard is Dead, and there is no coming back. In-engine rendered cut-scenes show the Aftermath of the Reaper War, including how come crew-mates are handling it. Some scenes are hopeful, other not so much. Voice-over done by Captain Anderson.

Ending Four: The Cycle is Broken
20,000 Years Later, an alien race happens upon the Citadel. In it, they find a message from Commander Shepard detailing the aftermath of the Reaper War. Unfortunately, the galaxy was left so devastated from the Reapers attack that not a single species had the surviving numbers to maintain a sustainable population. Even so, they succeeded. They wiped out every last reaper. Future galactic civilizations would not have to worry about the systematic slaughter of their people, thanks to the sacrifices made by previous ones.

Ending Five: The Cycle Unbroken
Shepard is convinced that the Reapers were doing the right thing all along. He/she begins the process of converting the living Humans into a Reaper, with Shepard serving as the Lead Consciousness. After securing the Galaxy and reprogramming the Keepers to respond to the Reapers signal, the other Reapers retreat to Dark Space, while the Shepard/Human Reaper waits as sentry, just like Sovereign did so long ago.
