10 to 11 seconds in they're still talking about Mass Effect and Dragon Age 2. Right between the eleventh and twelfth second is when it transitions to the actual teaser.

I doubt it's the Normandy SR2.
Size looks wrong for it. Remember, the SR2 is twice the size of the SR1.

The Vinnie look-a-like is looking through a window (broken by the looks of it), and the distance between him and what you think is the Normandy is not far enough for the Normandy to look that small.

Yeah mine too. But think even if it's not ME3 but some Alpha Protocol-like war or espionage rpg set in London it's going to be really cool game, right? Still, my highest hopes are for ME2 expansion (I would not like to see ME3 rushed).

Some people have stretched to say tracks like 'Complete Control' hint at Mass Effect, but I mostly put it down to further hints that London and the UK play a serious role in whatever the teaser is hinting at. We got the SIS clue, and that lead us to believe that the outside shot in the trailer is Vauxhall Bridge. This album with tracks like London Calling, and the fact The Clash are an english band, seems to put more evidence on the pile that London / UK is of major significance.

That actual significance we still do not know, and everything at this point is just speculation. As I mention in the op, David Anderson was born in the UK, so it may be related to that, but it also may not be. Also, the album cover that the link leads to is for the re-release issue of The Singles, not the original release. The re-release came out in 2007, the same year Mass Effect hit shelves.

Maybe, but unless they retcon the crap out of the lore in the worst way possible, the First Contact War never took place on Earth. There wasn't even a lot of fighting in the FCW, mostly orbital bombardments and space battles.

If we're lead to believe that the teaser trailer takes place in the UK, then it cant be the FCW, but instead something new or not even related to Mass Effect.

well maybe its London and Mass Effect 3. Its Bioware and they like messing with everybody like the Mass Effect 2 teaser trailer with Legion... Now what I think is that Earth is under attack and this Trailer guy is a soldier on Earth fighting husk and other reaper infantry. Then in rides Shepard to save Earth... I like that part its got weight.
