Bioware said ME3 will still be gritty and dark. I said the same thing when they first started showing the CGI trailers for ME2. Just did not resemble ME1 at all. The only reason it doesn't "look" like Mass Effect is because we have no clue who that guy in the teaser is.

I bet you if it was Shepard, none of us would be saying it doesn't look like Mass Effect.

its mass effect. but not mass effect 3.  its probably gonna be a multiplayer fps spin off set in the mass effect universe and canon.  My bets are that it takes place during the first contact war or the skyllian blitz.  Once again, still in the mass effect universe but not part of the trilogy or mass effect 3

Off topic, but yeah talk about a show that had promise but refuses to go anywhere.  Its like a ****ing soap opera in space.

You know we have 3 more Sat. to go until the show. So I am wondering if the so called barcodes is just a placecard holder for 2 more pictures and nothing more than that?

So we have a man with a rifle looking out a broken window. He is up high. He had been injured. Has to be breathable air (no helmet) ? So now just sit back and wait an see? Oh ugh! Makes me think of military's motto hurry up and wait!!!

The Motto is an "in" joke of military folks. It's not as bad as it use to be I will grant you that. I remember when the VA hospitals was terrible about you must be present 15 min before your appointment and then after waiting 2 hours you finally got in to see the doctor.

So the hurry up and wait motto came into being.



What is the difference between 1st and 3rd person shooters?

I'm stoked for the possibility of a Mass Effect multiplayer and thought that it would make a great game since Mass Effect 1.  That being said, I'm hoping they do a 3rd person shooter like the single player games and not FPS.  I think it would lose something not getting to see your Vanguard charging into battle or your Adept engulfed in blue energy while casting biotics.  Crossing my fingers for third person.

Well I looked up 1st person shooters and 3rd person shooters. I really prefer 3rd person with a mix of 1st person for close examine or sniper rifle targeting. I would think that from the clip we were shown it would be 3rd person. If it was 1st person you would think they would be more focused on showing who was being shot at with us seeing the rifle with our hand holding it. I don't know just have to wait and see.

um, just a sidenote: not all of us are american (or canadian), specification is preferred, I myself was in the hungarian/NATO military and am part of a knightly order, so please just note that nation/army you speak of next time please
