I'll admit that I'm curious too, but I don't mind waiting as I have plenty of Turkey to cook and plenty to drink.

In addition to that:
liths still are shipped on the same days no matter your choice of time frame. The split release is for convenience only so that people of different timezones also get a healthy chance of getting a lith. The overall circulation is split (usually in half) - or in case of the 3-pack: 200 of each of the character lithos were made into 200 3-packs and split into two releases of 100 (thus the fast sold out) - and each half is released for pre-order at its time. The liths then stay up as long as it takes to sell out.
There are about 300 remaining lithographs (minus some for replacements, so maybe more like 280 or 270) of each character, so maybe it'll be 150/150 (for the case of 300).
