 If I want a DLC for ME2 that costs 560 points, (Kasumi's DLC), can I purchase the 560 points from the link you get from trying to purchase a Dragon Age DLC? The reason I ask, is that there is no option that allows you to purchase 560 points from the ME2 link, only 800+, whereas the DA link that leads you to purchase Bioware points has 400, 560, and then 800+.

Basically, can I use Bioware points on any game regardless of which game I purchase them "for"?

Yes, assuming you are wanting to buy a DLC for the PC. What you want is indeed "Bioware Points" and they can be interchangeably used for any PC DLC, whether it be Dragon Age or Mass Effect related...though it should be noted that BP's do not work with DLC for other platforms, such as the Xbox 360...
