I just did this one to get the achievement on my latest playthrough ironicly i'm playing as a Dalish Elf. Does anyone else actually enjoy killing off those snotty Dalish Elves? The Warewolves seem much nicer and honourable plus the lady of the forrest is a great character. Looking foward to seeing how Warewolves do in battle the Dalish unit you get is always a bit rubbish apart from one section of the Archdemon fight where Archers come in handy.
Maybe i'll be really evil and get me some Golems too siding with Branka i need that achievement too.

The werewolves are complete rubbish in combat. LOL the dalish are WAY better fighters in pretty much all aspects in the game. In fact they are the only ranged army other than the mages. P.S. the elves are a bunch of whiny snobs and the werewolves are friendly but killing the elves essetially doomed the werewolves to an eternity of suffering you mean person

I admit that I do enjoy killing Zathrian, Sarel, Mithra, and Cammen. Lanaya and Gheyna also annoy me a bit, but not as much. I was really glad however that Athras isn't in the camp at the moment of the attack (assuming you completed his quest). I would've hated having to kill him seeing how he was my favorite character in there.
I have only sided with the Werewolves once (on my current run). It was a complicated choice, but very fitting for the character. The cutscene that leads to the attack is really great. And of course there's the benefit of keeping the Lady of the Forest alive (the one thing I really hate from lifting the curse is how she has to die).

I wouldn't say I enjoyed it per sa, but the scowl your character has when they march on the camp is award winning. I should be able to employ it as a weapon.

THIS!
That is one of the best examples of when showing emotion on your PCs face actually seems fitting.

I've done it twice. It is pretty cool in many aspects, rather theraputic killing the Dalish. The scowling bit is quite wicked, too. It lets em know the end is nigh.

The Werewolves sadly are pathetic in the final battle, little health/lower defense are not offset by their high DPS.
That being said I only really did it once to complete a game, since the werewolves are too close to being out of control as it is.
Honestly I dont sympathize with Zathrian or the Werewolves at all, its Zathrian's fault that this happened, as a result of something CENTURIES ago.
I just take the third option, since it ends the curse, gets me my allies, and removes all the loose cannons at once.

I'm on an "evil" play through right now. Templars, Golems, and Werewolves. Defiled Andraste's Ashes. My current character is the psycho next door - seems nice enough. But that's only for appearances and to get the help he needs. So far I've killed Wynne and Leliana (together) and Shale.
Attacking the Dalish was easily the most fun. Shale makes a comment about Zathrian's intentions and Sten asks, "You're not suprisedby this?" "Oh, no no. I'm just picturing squishing his little elf head." Then I tell Witherfang that I think attacking the Dalish is a good idea, and Swiftrunner yells out like an overzealous football fan, "I LIKE THIS PLAN," and Morrigan responds totally out of character like a cheerleader, "OOH! ME TOO!"
Next thing I know there are werewolves tearing it up, Dalish Merchants and wusses like Gheyna are going down like bowling pins, and in what must have been the glitch of all glitches I used Shale's Superman Punch on Zathrian AND HE GOES DOWN IN ONE SHOT.
Hilarious owning of the Dalish.
Oh and PS: If you are playing on normal mode you can win without using any of the armies, so have fun with your wolves!

Zathrian goes down really easily and even easier if you turn on the Dalish it's pretty much the easiest of the three fights i've found. Witherfang is much more of a pain in the ass to kill. I find it ironic Zathrian is an orange and supposed to be a really tough boss character yet he;s so easy to kill.
