I really liked Sigrun, I'd love to see more of her in the future. She was by far the best character in Awakenings, and really the best overall aside from Leliana. I suppose the whole 'is she bisexual' is as simple as saying it depends on whether you want her to be. Certainly she easily could be, her interactions with Velanna suggested that. But either way she 'should' have been an all-around LI, that would've been awesome!

I doubt Sigrun would appear in DA2. She's nowhere near Lothering firstly. Secondly, there is no real reason for her to be in the Free Marches at any time, unless she is accompanying Nathaniel at some point. Sigrun's Warden duties would pretty much keep her in Ferelden, looking for and training new recruits.
As for being bi, I would hazard a guess that if the option was there, she would be. I think that being a member of the Legion stripped away any concerns, to the point where Sigrun will happily try most things, as she knows she's going to die sooner or later.
I must also add that I loved her character, she is sharp and funny, while also incredibly "cute" She's one of the best buds my Warden has.
