Inspired to be something "fun to do", I am thinking of starting up a crew for a possible project...
This call for arms is exploratory in nature, project details and whatnot are in their infancy as I have yet to explore the Dragon Age toolset myself, but am quite excited upon reading and seeing its possiblities.
I would very much prefer to meet with people in person as the lines of communication are much less restrictive, so it is for this reason that I am seeking DA toolset professionals, afficionados, hobbyists, or experts whether it be level design, character design, audio, etc. or all of the above.
Simply put, I am trying to gauge whether or not there are enough DA toolset experts relatively near where I live.
I live in Crestview, FL, on the Florida Panhandle. For regional reference, Pensacola is probably the most recognizable city nearby to my location.
If you live somewhat nearby (i.e. has the ability to meet me in person) and have any expertise using the DA toolset and/or any related software that work in conjunction with it, please reply to this post (or send me a personal message) with your location and toolset strength (level design, character design, audio, etc.). I do not need your contact information just yet as am just measuring the turnout to this post for the time being.
If there are enough people within reach, perhaps a project could be put in place and I would start contacting you in this post or via a personal message.
Again, there is absolutely nothing to expect here unless there is enough potential in the replied postings.
If anything at all, it would simply be nice to gauge whether there are Dragon Age fans nearby who love Dragon Age enough to explore the game for its inner splendor.
