For some reason my online charater profile is not updating. I have the PC version and the DLC addons which means I have to be logged in just to play thanks to the DLC . Anyhow I know being online is not the problem as it updates my achievements which I don't really care about. 

Anyhow the last update on my char show that it's only level 8. Well that was over a week ago as I'm level 21 not having finished the game and I started a new charater which is up to level 7 and doesn't even show up. Is there some option in the game or on the website to force an update of it?

I can only assume they are still experiencing problems with the site. I don't even have a character yet I have over 50 achievements. My character is level 24. I sure would love to be able to see her.

Yes. Known problem. Try the FAQ but it probably won't help.

my profile lags far behind as well. A day or two even. It obviously does not update hourly as it states. It may not be a fix priority right now.
