Not sure if this goes here, probably it does :P

So i just installed neverwinter nights and both the expansions which i bought a few years ago because i was feeling like playing it again with a few of my friends.
Now here is where the problem comes:

When i try to connect to a gameserver over the internet in multiplayer, i keep getting the error that my cd key is unauthorized. After doing some digging, i managed to find out that my key that came with hordes of the underdark is actually a key for shadows of undrentide. I confirmed this by trying to add the hordes of the underdark key to my account at nwn.bioware.com. This gave me the error code 105 saying that the cd key wasnt a cd key for hordes of the underdark. When i use the same cd key at shadows of undrentide, it accepts it. (just to negate any questions about me being stupid by mixing up the 2 cd keys or w/e, i can register both the cd key that was supplied with shadows of undrentide as well as the key that was supplied with hordes of the underdark  to shadows of undrentide on the website)
So now i'm kinda stuck with 2 cd keys for shadows of undrentide of which one should be the cd key for hordes of  the underdark.
Does anyone know if theres a way for me to exchange the wrong key from my hordes of the underdark box?

Only Atari can do that - ask their support for help. It may take several days but the feedback most users give here is that Atari supplies you with new codes should the ones you legally purchased somehow be faulty.

I have the same problem. It can be fixed, but it depends on where you're from. Since I'm from the Netherlands, both the UK and USA Atari help say I have to contact the Dutch Atari, which basically doesn't exist anymore. I tried fixing it by buying another HoTu, but I had the same problem. It occurs with the "Best of Atari" versions. If you are able to reach anyone, please let me know who, I would really like to have this fixed since now I'm borrowing the CD-key of someone else.

I found this, see one of the options in the red letters tells you about faulty CD-keys. You might give that a try:

I have sent them a support ticket through the link you mentioned Eva and they fixed it for me by sending me a new cd-key. You might want to try that also :)

I will, thank you! But what country are you from? Any non-american one perhaps?
