Ok so recently purchased Mass Effect 2 second hand for 12 UK pounds. I finish the game and then come and log in here. I find out that i can purchase the shadow broker DLC for another 800 points (6 pounds). So i do that.

Happy. So i go to start up the game. I am then told FOR THE FIRST TIME that i need a Cerberus Network code to be able to play the DLC i have just bought. This will cost me another 12 pounds. I am a customer of this company and i will not be treated like this. It should be made clear when you purchase ANY ME2  content that you need to spend more money for it to be activated. I'm not going to waste the 6 pounds i spent on that DLC though, if you know what i mean.
