Dear Mr Morlan.

I'd like to place an order, human male. cybernetics, size: XXL.  I have a special thing coming up and money is not an issue. My only request is that delivery is limited to a covert drop, preferably under a stone bridge, where one(1) paper bag with your product will be traded for one(1) paper bag with my payment.

PS. wear a trenchcoat.

Get back to me regarding delivery

S

Alpha Protocol was a mediocre game overall, but it does have a few things it really nailed. The conversations and emails were some of those things.

And I am talking about those things.B)

"To Commander Shepard: Your request to reclaim your apartment on Intai'sei is denied. Bare in mind that Spectre status does not exclude you from payment on property taxes to your estate, for which you were overdue for 2 years, 3 months, and 12 days. Sincerely: Alliance Tax Office." Send: Jack. I have a job for you...

This is full of win:lol:

Replying the mails may be fun, also I'd like to be able to check the messages of the other team members, like in LotSB, but having them updated at least a few time during the story development.

I would love to be able to reply to emails. Some of them were brilliant. Especially the weird spam ones

Whats would be the point less you given some response options, the recieving system wouldnt acknowledge it, be like talking to a wall.

Thought that email reflected ones decisions rather well.

Aha:) I´d like to wade my way through all those 1s and 0s to read what Pacifien wrote...he did write a message there, didn´t he...?

Legion said "I love you". Awww... ^_^

Sweet, thank you for that!

I could definitely see Zaeed sending you emails constantly out of boredom, talking about his life on whatever garden world he retires to, watching future-Lawrence Welk, tinkering around with Jessie, yelling at kids to get off his lawn, etc. Oh, and each would contain one of his old stories that he "forgot" to tell you in ME2. And even if they get old and you send a reply asking him to stop, he'll keep sending them. And you could get the emails regardless of Zaeed's situation in your playthrough, whether you recruited him or not, even if he's dead. :o

And it´s canon in my head already...especially the "even if he´s dead" part:lol:

But, more to the OP, yes, if there are e-mails in 3, I´d certainly like to have a reply button, even if they are more or less generic replies. Otherwise I´d go around feeling I´m illiterate. Or better yet, totally indifferent. Though a great shot.

Yes I would like to reply (and a selection of different replies), that would make it feel less cheap.

I'd love it if we could reply to emails. That'd be pretty sweet. Love Pacifien's examples. Let's hope something like this happens for the 3rd game.

With either paragon, netural or renegade responses would be cool. It wouln't have to be all emails but it would be nice to have.

Alpha Protol does it. It was fun!

"Commander Shepard. The Collector Base is proving to be quite useful. However, one of our research stations working on modifying the Seeker Swarms has gone silent. I need you to uncover their data. Love, Mr. Illusive." Reply: The Reapers are coming. Fix the problem yourself.

I love to see TIMs' face when he is reading this reply.
