Customer service is being stupid about my Normandy replacements and I really need to contact someone in the know.
Anyonr besides Jedi I can contact directly about a store issue?

And can anyone EVER check order status or support cases through the site? For months now I have to go through email because the store site always shows "No activity."

I just received my Normandy replacement in the new thick double box packaging. It's really good since it's right between two hard pieces of cardboard. Also it doesn't leave those annoying fibers on the lithos like the styrofoam sheets did.

The orders themselves look strange atm, but I was always able to view orders online (had to print an invoice for each one, so I checked pretty often) and I also submitted a case online two weeks ago.
Could this be because of double/triple accounts? Maybe you're logging into one account, but all of your orders are displayed on another account? There was something like this around here some months ago or so. (PayPal Express created another account each time you checked out or so if I remember correctly.)

I know exactly what you are referring to, but for me, I can view the page with the cases/orders listed, I just always get a blank page or a "No Activity" when I try and check their status.

how are they being stupid? Other than taking nearly 3 months to get it...
