 I was logged with this account (with a specific email) when I went buy some BioWare Points to download the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC.

When I was browsing for how many points I wanted to buy, I noticed the email was different (it is an old email I have), but even so I still bought the points, purchased the Shadow Broker DLC (with this current account) and downloaded it.

After installing, that is when the problem became worse: it said I was not logged with the same account I had bought the DLC 

Can someone help me with this?

PS.: is it OK to use the give2entitlements fix? I know it's unofficial, but many people use to solve the problem.

Sounds like you should talk to EA Support, they should be able to help you sort out multiple account troubles. (Though in this case it sounds like multiple e-mails/one account? At any rate, they're your best bet.)

give2entitlements fix gets the problem solved in seconds. But you have to apply it again after each DLC install and can't log into CN from in-game any more. It's everyone's own decision if they chose this or the official way ;-)

give2entitlements.exe is basically a crack, and illegal so I would not advise recommending it on the official forum

EA Support will help you for sure.



But to be honest, who can blame folks for pirating DLC they paid for when it is tied to a single e-mail address.

Maybe BioWare is just as annoyed by buggy EA-DRM as we customers are ;-)
And: legal/illegal depends on the country you are in ;-)

It's me, rextintorzBR, but with a different username.

I have talked with EA support. They fixed my account, deposited 800 points and then, after finally purchasing the DLC, it was validated.
