rescuing content?

i can't connect to the database suddenly and i have a bunch of work done that  haven't backed up. can i copy the database files from DAODB to somewehere else and then reinstall the toolset and put the database files back in DAODB and have everything like it was before with the content intact?

Might look at Program Files/Dragon Age/tools/DatabaseUtilities/Backup_Restore/Backup.bat, Restore.bat, and their Config.ini. That wouldn't get resources outside the database - levels, morphs, 2das, and so on, but there's probably some more thorough writeup somewhere on what you should backup exactly.

This is hoping the backup script can connect to the database even though the toolset can't. Otherwise, I'm not sure off-hand if you could just try saving the database files themselves, or uncheck it touching your database when reinstalling the toolset.
