'Tis a bit of a tough choice really, i love Alistair and Zevran for there lil quirks (shy blustering little chantry boy and perverse antivan asassin. *what can i say, ima sucker for the perverse with the sexy accents ^.^) and Morrigan would come as my second, shes just awesome lol. her manner of speech is cool to ^.^. for the non-companions though, i honestly cant choose.... it makes me sad about what happens to Duncan and Cailen, but i do like Sandal *ENCHANTMENT! to cute* and Bann Teagan. hes a cutie there ^.^

God, it's so hard to choose! >.< I'm going to say... Wynne. She's not the funniest, sexiest, or rudest but she's just so darn nice. As my warden is not a healer, and I've specced Morrigan to be strictly dps, Wynne is *always* in my my party. She has niced her way into my heart.

Alister and Zevran ~ Alister for his adorable awkwardness and Zevran for the accent.

Oghren, Zevran, and Shale - all three of them are a riot. Just about everything they say makes me laugh. Shale crushing the chicken in Honnleath, and Oghren fainting when you, Zevran, Leliana, and Isabela have a foursome, are two of most epic moments of the entire game.
I also love Shianni, Lanaya, and even Velanna (I seem to have a bit of a thing for elven lasses). They're all three great characters who I wish I could romance. I find the lack of female elven romances (other than a tryst with Iona and seducing Gheyna) disturbing - I would've thought they'd include one at some point during the game (especially Velanna - "breaking" her of her hatred of humans would have been epic), but alas, it is not so.
I used to hate Loghain with a passion, thinking him to be the most rotten SOB next to Howe and Branka. After playing through the game a few times and getting some insight into his character, however, he's now one of my favorite characters in the game. It's also quite something when you learn that he was actually right about a great many things (I won't mention any here).
He's also voiced by Simon Templeman, who voiced the greatest video game vampire of all time - that alone makes Loghain awesome.
Also, Bhelen is just a BAMF, even if he is a scheming little twerp. His voice actor is also superb, and really helps bring life to the character.
