As a Bioware fan, I find it kind of insulting that Tali sells out so quick while the other two are still sitting there. I'm not saying EVERY litho has to sell quickly...but I'm afraid to ask what the hell you people are going to be doing with these...and if you wouldn't have been as happy with a regular poster.

To those that got one: PLEASE, don't thumb-tack them to the wall, or use those 3M sticky squares on the back. Get a frame.

I got my Tali, but it was close. While it was loading people were already saying it was sold out, but it went through and I got my confirmation!!

So if you press submit order and it works, then if it's loading when they sell out you still get it.  Interesting.  How quickly did it load?

Btw, other people who got the error, what country are you located in.  I don't think it's anything to do with international shipping, but you never know.

Here's how to fix the price change error. On the first page of your cart, it's going to ask you to enter your country and postal code to calculate shipping. DO THIS and hit submit directly under it BEFORE you hit procedure to checkout or checkout with PayPal. Do that, and you *shouldn't* have the issue. The store is picky, you have to do things the right way. Once you've done that, you should be able to proceed as normal. I missed the first 100 3 pack sale because of this, did what I said the second time and got my 3 pack the second time. I know time is of the essence, but you'll get farther if you follow the necessary steps rather than just hammering F5 hoping for the best.

Also, checking supplies does nothing to the store, it is the checkout system that is getting hammered. Unless we have official word that it does, which is unlikely because it would be poorly implemented if it does, it really doesn't matter if you check inventory levels. It does not reserve them for the checker and take them away from others, and it certainly doesn't crash the store.

Yes, that's exactly what i did when it worked after it hadn't worked a few times, but i did that just after tali sold out and it went onto thane and grunt.  You mean that really will solve the problem if i do that first off and let me get tali later.  Yay.  Thank you.

so do you think there'll be more people later than now or less anybody? And btw, thanks for the other info thekingboar, but i'm still going to make that note later just in case. As long as it doesn't stop people from ordering, then less store activity can hardly be a bad thing, and it may improve things. Even if there's only a tiny chance of that, then no one will lose anything.

My order was about 2min loading.  I ordered it as soon as it went up on the site, but since it has been said that an order is not saved if its just in your cart I thought I would miss it because of the loading time between Submit order and getting my confirmation.

So maybe being in cart its not saved, but if you are in time and the payment is processing maybe then it is saved?

It was just off of someone cancelling; I'm a terrible person.

It was just a lucky strike.

Hmm, yes, could well be that once you get a certain way through a load of submit order that works, you have the litho.

I actually want to get the other two as well, but I dont have the money.  I could only afford one, so Tali was my priority.

Yeah, but could be yours once you have gone a certain way through a submit order that works.

I wonder if the next window will open before thane and grunt sell out, i think that's unlikely though.

How do you know how many lithos are left? I got the trio on the first "bundle" release, just curious about the situation of the remaining lithos :D

to check you add like 100000 to the quantity box and it should tell you how many there actually are

put a load in your basket and update it, it'll tell you how many are left, but just in case this contributed to the problem, do not do this while a load of people are racing for a lithograph.

So does it seem like Europe had the issue a fair bit?

That's what I did. In fact, the checkout cancelled the tax and added $8 for shipping, but I still got the message about error in shipping charge. I previously ordered from Bioware store three times without incurring in this problem. The error is definitely from the checkout page crashing.
I'm from the US by the way. Thus the problem is not related to country of origin.

Right, well, they should try and fix it if they can. I'm still going to do the thing that i did before when it did work (the same think that thekingboar suggested). If it is related to the checkout page crashing, then they should try and fix it if they can.

Here's a question- I thought there were 500 of each lithograph in this trio. So far we've had three releases of 100 each, and have got 100 more to sell later tonight. That's 400. Where's 401-500?

I thought these releases were split into 150/150 besides a few leftovers. Have there only been 100? Maybe that means there will be more later.

there are 100 left, no word on what they're doing with them. I cant imagine there'd be a point in just popping them on the site as normal stock...
