No. Shepard will wake up and Liara will be staring him in the face, talking about him being out for two years. Garrus, Tali, Wrex, Kaidan, and Ashley will be outside, and when Shepard tells them about the Reaper threat, he'll get carted out and sent to the nearest psych ward due to eezo exposure. Or something like that.

Haha yeah, then you have to play the rest of ME1 from that point on with the dated graphics and everything. After you kill Saren again, a "Reaper Fleet" made of MS paint will move towards you, and Shepard will take out his gun and shoot it and it'll erupt in a crayola display of yellow and red flames. Credits.

I was assuming that dead squad members would be replaced by 'equivalents'. Grunt dies and you get Urdnot Torsk. Something that would work for people just buying MA3.
