Hi, I recently purchased the game, however no code for the cerberus network has been included, I looked everywhere.

I tried using EA Chat, but I'm clueless as to how to use it, I tried logging in with my EA Master account, no luck.

I read some old threads where I was not supossed to activate it on the social network website,is this still true?

I tried logging in into the game, however it wants me to buy the social network card, this is a brand new PC game...you cant even get a used PC game anymore, for crying out loud.

I'm at my wits end, the Dragon Age Ultimate edition was a cakewalk to activate, Not to mention when I hover over MY Games TAB, only dragon Age Ultimate shows up.

I have to click My Games Tab to see Mass Effect 2-PC- which now has an option to remove it from the account, it does not have a icon like Dragon Age does.

Someone please help.

You can either buy cerberus network for 1200MS/BW Points (I think that's the price) or try support.ea.com/chat.
You just need to log in with the same email you use on EA and wait for someone to answer your call.

Hmm, weird it was not working a minute ago, now I can access Chat, I will not buy something I'm supposed to get already.

EDIT:Okay all was fixed by a wonderful EA rep, quickly too, everything is in order now, first time dealing with EA Tech support, first experience is excellent!

i agree, why should i pay for DLC if i bought original ME2. There was a time where every update and additional material was free to download. I paid 50 euros for the game because i think it deserves support but this is going to far!!

Every company wants to earn money. If you were BioWare owner you'd do the same as they do now.
