Is it possible to start a cutscene before chargen is started?

Previously I skipped chargen but had problems with that bald dude dilemma.
now I want to have chargen but my cutscene wouldn't load...

loading a cutscene via script at area_load was possible

but my new cutscene is an intro that has to be played before chargen because the restrictions in chargen like new background and new class (only one of each available) are mentioned in that cutscene...

Looking at how the single player game does it, if you open sp_module_start.nss, they have this for EVENT_TYPE_MODULE_START:

  CS_LoadCutscene(R"game_intro.cut", PLT_GEN00PT_GENERIC_ACTIONS, GEN_START_CHARGEN);
   PreloadCharGen();

So once the cutscene finishes, it should set the given plot with the flag, the plot script for which calls chargen. (See the note in CS_LoadCutscene about the script you need to attach.)

So, the cutscene is played on AREA_LOAD_SPECIAL in a seperate area script like in the demo module but now I have the problem that there is no "area" in the cutscene. The NPC walks around in a black ghostly void...

You might have to create a bink movie and have your cutscene play that instead.

And how do I do that?
I'm not so good with command line tools...

The tutorial in the wiki didn't work for me.
The error message says something like:
---the command "dragonage.exe" (or "daorigins.exe") is either spelled wrong or could not be found---

Edit:
Got it working...
now it just needs some time to run, maybe overnight, and then i can try to put it all together.

now i have about 900 pictures in a location i found by just dumb luck.

How do i get my audio in there?

Why did it cut the subtitles away?
