An idea for someone looking to put a tool together.

After working with the overland map I have found it would be much easier to be able to select a small area of the map and essentially crop it and paste it into a new area while being able to set a new scale.

A small area from the overland map could be selected and it then could be set to 2-3x the scale and the new area would bring over the terrain and textures as well as the placeables, environmental objects, trees etc. This would cut down on the time needed to create exterior explorable areas on an overland map.
