JeanLuc if you did this with every texture in game (Which is impossible) people will start saying can my computer run ME2 instead of can my computer run Crysis?

While I'm not sure how unoptimized Texmod is and I'm sure the 2048x2048s/4048x4048 Jean Luc uses is quite taxing on some systems, I'm sure it would run better than Crysis simply because while a game I adore, it is horribly unoptimized. <_<
EDIT: **** it, I'm going to get high-resolution screenshots of every mod released so far.
Oh by the way guys, it might depend on the fact that I run the game on max, but just so you know, all the mods combined make ME2 take up a total of 2GB just at the main-menu and has like a 2-3 minute loading time.

I have noticed that the loading times have gotten a bit long now. But to me it is worth it for the beauty. Yep my priorities are in the right place. =P

Probably just ME2 being dumb as usual.
And yes, Crisis was horribly unoptimized.

Launching the game through texmod with no texutes compared to having 31 textures running at the same time offer no difference in performance.
Yeah, Crysis was unoptimised. I can run it max at 1280x720, but only barley. In Crysis 2, its almost playable at max at 1920x1080, and 1280x720's fps has nearly doubled.

Gross but you get my point. I'm not sure if you would/should divulge in your technique in getting these textures so high resolution. I would love to try/see it on older games like KOTOR.

But you really should place some screenshots of old versions in the first post, for comparison. Because at first glance, I Don1t see the difference. Not even at second glance.
