Femshep (and custom malesheps) are simply too time consuming for me to do, as it requires many different textures to be changed rather than two (which is what DefaultShep uses).Flappybat wrote...

Pretty sure you'd be my hero, JeanLuc. It's kind of an eyesore when you're going back and editing a video at 1920 x 1080...

Hmm.. I got it to work with these steps:
1. Rename the TexMod to "MassEffect2.exe"
2. Rename the original "MassEffect2.exe" to "MassEffect2original.exe"
3. Place the renamed TexMod into: steam/steamapps/common/mass effect 2/binaries
4. Launch the game from Steam
That should work, I think.

Well, as it turns out, my video card appears to be shot. I did a "stress test" on the card today and the temperature exceeded 100C just while playing Mass Effect. So, I'm out at least $150-200, and it'll be at least a few days before I can get back to anything resource intensive.
