Unfortunately, there is no way to change your display name, as is stated in the FAQ (http://social.bioware.com/help.php) - last question in 'your account/profile' section.

Why shouldn't we be able to change account names if we want to? That seems like a rather punitive and unnecessary policy. People grow unhappy with their account names with time, possibly as they mature, or simply want a different name than the one they picked... seems ridiculous to force them to either stick with the one they have or else make a new account (if they can even do that)?
Why not have an option for people to change their account names? Its not like it'd be expensive to implement... most other game service providing companies already provide this service for free.
