The module says it was submitted on 10-17-2009 for some reason. So it does not show up on new modules and thus gets attention only from people who know about it already.

It comes up when you click new modules its just not in t he top 5, its #6 or 7.
But I did wonder about that because I just updated my old beta module to have the new finished work in it. Did I do bad? only 30 downloads

Yeah, the vault has a relatively terrible ordering system. Since you've done an update of an old entry rather than a new release, people aren't going to be able to see it. You could submit a news release to draw attention there(either that, or resubmit the whole thing as a new entry--but somehow that doesn't seem like a particularly good option).
Congratulations on the release!

I put up a new link called Islander. I think its a viable option; I just asked the admin to associate the file with the new entry, and remove it from the old one. No need to reupload.
I live for exposure. Every 1 extra person that plays my game for 15 hours offsets the million I spent on it. I'd rather have 5000 downloads and a vote of 5 or no votes at all than high scores and 100 players.

Is that supposed to be a link in your sig? I can't get it to link to the vault page.

Actually, I think your name made it in there too. Must have been an editing error or something.M. Rieder wrote...

Thanks. I hope you didnt spell Eguintir with an A like you do in these forums
Btw Reider (and others) did anyone have trouble after the first game fight? Normally guards approach you the second you exit the tent and its fine from there. One person reported nothing happened after and he was locked out of everywhere and rested and ended up breaking ahead into the game the wrong way, hence the patch that is now out. None of you need this if you met the guards without issue though.

I didn't have any problems with the guards appearing on any of my playthroughs.

Oops! My bad, but it's all good and corrected. That's what being out of practice will do for yas. I ask that you accept my deepest and most humble apologies. Won't happen again Eguintir, I promise.

The campaign came out great. It's nice to see it finally on the vault. Sorry I couldn't be more help with the final round of testing, work + classes have left me little free time these days. Either way it was an honor to work on such an incredible project.
btw Eguintir, now that you've updated the vault submission the modules themselves are no long available, only the patches are, and since very few people already have the campaign you need to fix that asap.

the good news is since i accidentally erased it the new version is 100mbs smaller and it has the probably 3 patches required built right in.
Im not really sure why under 25mb u can instant upload and they dont have to check them but they do have to check if u FTP a big file, but i expect it no sooner than saturday. I dont think anything happens on weekends tho so maybe even monday. Not the smoothest release in history...
Regardless I think its time for you to finish this tale its a lot funner than walking all over the start area looking for mesh edges

Both you and Kaedrin use baseitems.2da. What it is the difference between them?

Hello, Eguintir.
I really, really want to play your campaing, it looks just too good, but even if I downloaded the ui folder and extracted it (having made a backup of the original files) I get the "missing a talk table" message and can't load the game. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, because I believe I tried all possible solutions!
Please, help?

Baseitems.2da is where I define the two custom armors in my game. So I guess Kaedrins is out.
Lamia as for your message:
a talk table would be the contents of the TLK folder, not the UI.
Copy your downloaded TLK folder contents into the my documents\\neverwinter nights2\\tlk folder and it should be working.

Oops, ignore my previous post, it was the dialog.tlk file which wasn't where it should be. Going to play now!

Kaedrin has custom armors too, about 7 of them.

I have no idea why, all I knew about it was from Risen hero. I liked how it let you program melee and range weapons to automatically switch. Either way its not going to work for Islander. But its not like Islander isnt a big enough game to justify some minor setup to get it going right?
