I did. Thought Witch Hunt did very well companion-wise, generally, actually.

She was nice, and changed quite quickly from being agressive to liking my Warden. Guess travelling all over Ferelden will do that to people. I don't think she'll show up again, as I reckon she and Finn are out adventuring together as a happy crazy couple.

Whether she's amusing depends on who your character is, I'd guess. I found her irritating, myself, especially in the mage's tower, and very much wanted the option to tell her to be quiet.

I was just glad that we got her instead of Velanna or another bundle of Dalish stereotypes.

Yes it was nice to see a Dalish who had not replaced their head with their chip on their shoulder.

i'm not a fan of dalish, but she really showed dalish can have some humor, and actually have a decent convo with a human

Ariane is a pint-sized badass. I mean c'mon the Dalish only needed HER to go get the book back from Morrigan. She was their entire retrival force. Their sole party responsible for the damn reacquiring of the book. Together with Finn, Dog, and the Warden took on an ancient beast no one had ever seen in ages and ages.

So hell yes I love Ariane. Finn, too, the lil' goofy bookworm. Thats what makes them an awesome adventuring pair.

Badass, indeed.  Really shows off the power of the DW warrior, just in time for that designation to be retired.

I forget what her Flower sword was named but "A Girl's Bestfriend" was so well named I didn't have the heart to swap out her weapons. Armor and bling, yes. Weaponry, no. I dub her The Pixie of Pain. The Girl of Gore. The Elven Exsanguinatrix

The banter was funny at first but quickly got annoying. They put way too much in a 1 hour DLC it feels like they never shut up. I liked her as a party member though she was usefull at hacking everything to death.

Didn't like her, but didn't hate her. She and Finn were just... there. Though I did get annoyed when they kept commenting whenever Dog marked his territory. He's peeing. I get it. Shut up. :innocent:

Rain of Petals is her other sword. It was Rain of Blood before she got it, and she renamed it.

I will never, ever complain about "too much" of companion interaction or banter. Better too much than too little.

Yeah, WH was one big swan song for the DW warrior, between Ariane and my DW Cousland. :(

For all the crap WH may get, I thought Ariane, Finn and Dog were pretty damn great with a good amount of banter and dialogue for such a short DLC. I enjoyed them more than anyone in Leliana's Song at least.

I liked her. I laugh everytime she asks Dog to scare the mages! A fun character, I would have liked to have seen more of her in DAO.

My favorite female character (yes, more so than Morrigan or Leli).

Her banter was a lot of fun

I love Ariane.

It was great to get a Dalish who isn't always deadly serious or has a chip on her shoulder. Really makes me wish she were a companion in Origins...

I love Ariane and hope we'll see more of her in the future. She would be totally BFF with my Dalish girl. They share a mutual love for swords and witty humor after all.

I enjoyed both her and Finn. Up until the ending, Witch Hunt was rather well done.
