Dwarf Warrior Origin Bugged?

Just started a noble dwarf warrior and started the origin segment.  I made it down to the Proving arena, talked to the Proving Master and watched the fight.  I then spied the Proving trainer on the deck below me, and clicked on him. It sent me to the lower deck in a cut scene to talk with him.  After the cut scene, I'm still on the lower deck, with my second-in-command and a single non-talkative guard.  There's no doors or other clickable objects, I can see the Proving Master and a few other characters up on the higher deck, but clicking on them does nothing.

Is this broke, or am I missing something?  Need help here, seems like it might be a continuity bug.

Bah, managed to fix it but it seems like a kludgy way to do things. I had to walk my dwarf basically touching his nose to the wall closest to the upper decking and managed to finally click on the Proving Master above me. Crisis averted, but still...not at all an intuitive solution.

OK, new problem.  ***SOME SPOILERS FOLLOW***

New Issue: Missing Dragon Blood Armor

After completing the dwarf noble origin story, of course I'm stripped of all my inventory and then exiled.  Of course, this includes the Dragon Blood Armor I had when I started.  Now how the heck do I get the armor back?  The irony of this is that my mage, who couldn't use the armor, managed to hang onto it, and now my warrior, who will eventually be able to use it, now doesn't have it.

Major DOH! :pinched:

The problem I can help with, the blood dragon armor:

After you've been stripped, save the game and go to the main menu. Go to your downloadable content and disable the blood dragon armor and any other items you may wish to get back (uncheck the checkmark next to their names on the installed tab), then reload your game (tell it to force reload, not turn the content back on). After loading save the game again and quit back to the main menu, and then recheck all the boxes to reenable the extra stuff. Reload your last save once more, and all the items should be in your inventory.

I hope they put a fix out there for the DLC items being removed from people playing Dwarf Noble. Either that or give it the character after they finish their origin story

Or, alternatively, you could play it on the PS3.

That worked, MisterShine, I got everything back but the Memory Band. Seems as though I had that as well, but not on the re-load. Even tried it a couple of times just to be sure, but no soap. I'm at least happy to have my armor back, as well as the charm and the other ring.

And I agree Sonvar, I'm hoping they're working on another patch soon that addresses this and some other issues I've run into (like the problem at the Proving arena mentioned in the OP.)

As much as I love my consoles (I've had the 360 for almost 2 years, and will probably be picking up a PS3 for Christmas), I think I prefer to play this type of game on the PC.  Just my 'druthers.  :)
