Is this possible via the console or via some addon/cheat?

Like opening up the option to become a Shadow Theif for Neeshka.

I'd swear I replied to this yesterday. Did you delete the thread and opened a new one?

There are several mods in the Vault. The OC Makeover also lets you do that.
