I've never had any problems with the Cerberus network up until now, but as of yesterday it started saying:

Is that happening to anyone else, or is it just me?
I did speak with EA via live chat yesterday, but they said they made some changes and it should be fixed, but it was not, they then said they needed to escalate the issue and I would hear back soon but have not as of yet (maybe I just need to wait longer).

Edit: This issue effects both Xbox 360 and PC as I have it on both platforms.
